Let’s address the elephant in the room…

That fingerboard.

I’ve seen a lot of Pale Moon Ebony over the years, but this one looks like it was hand-selected by someone who refused to settle for merely “nice.” Every streak, every contrast, every inch of it is spectacular. Then F Bass decided to make matching control knobs out of the same wood, because apparently showing off is encouraged in Canada.

Plug it in, and things only get better. The stacked single-coils are dead quiet but incredibly alive, delivering huge lows, articulate mids, sparkling highs, and enough clarity to expose every note… including the ones you wish nobody had heard. The active/passive push-pull gives you two completely usable personalities without a single gimmick.

Buying this bass also comes with one unexpected side effect…

You’ll suddenly develop the strange habit of opening the case “just for a second.”

Thirty minutes later you’ll still be standing there.
