This magnificent 2025 Gibson Custom Shop ’59 Les Paul has never been owned. Never been gigged. Never been sweated on. Never survived a drunken bar fight in Tulsa.
And yet…
It looks like it has.
It’s basically the guitar equivalent of buying pre-ripped blue jeans… except these jeans can melt faces.
Every ding, scratch, buckle rash, finish check, cigarette burn that never happened, mysterious arm wear, and “I swear Clapton borrowed it once” vibe was painstakingly created by Gibson’s Murphy Lab artisans so you don’t have to spend the next forty years dragging it behind your tour bus.

The gorgeous Golden Poppy Burst finish is absolutely ridiculous. The flame top practically glows from across the room, and the Heavy Aging somehow manages to make it look like the Holy Grail and your favorite pair of boots at the exact same time.

The relic work is exactly as it left Gibson’s Murphy Lab—no additional wear, no surprises, no excuses.
