This 70th Anniversary beauty is loaded with hand-wound Fat ’50s pickups that sound like pure California sunshine bottled and fed through a tweed amp. Strum a G chord and you’ll hear angels harmonizing… in 1950s barber-shop pitch. The neck feels like it was shaped by Leo Fender himself, probably while humming “Rock Around the Clock” and sipping a cold Coke.
