Up for sale is a 2023 Fender Custom Shop ’60 Stratocaster Heavy Relic in Olympic White over 3-Color Sunburst… aka Fender couldn’t decide which finish to use, so they used both and made it look incredible.
This one has that perfect “found it in a studio corner in 1974” vibe… except it hasn’t actually been through decades of questionable decisions. The Olympic White has worn back beautifully to reveal that 3-tone burst underneath, and the checking is everywhere—in the best possible way.
It looks like a lifer… but plays like a brand new Custom Shop build.
