Condition

This Buck Owens is in outstanding cosmetic condition. We honestly aren’t seeing any nicks or dings anywhere on the guitar. The sparkle finish remains absolutely gorgeous and still has enough flash to temporarily distract small woodland animals.

The only real signs of age are exactly where you’d expect them. The gold hardware has developed a well-earned vintage patina, and the gold pickguard shows plenty of honest pick scratches from years of faithful service. Frankly, we’d be disappointed if it didn’t. A Buck Owens Tele that looks completely untouched is like finding cowboy boots without any dust on them.

We just installed a fresh set of 10-46 strings, so she’s tuned up, cleaned up, and ready to twang, rock, chicken-pick, or accidentally play the opening riff to “Sweet Home Alabama” while pretending you meant to.
